YOUR PRIVACY
Fivep privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you visit fivep.ai, join the early-access list or email us. We’ve kept it short and plain, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.
The short version. We collect very little: your name and work email if you sign up, and whatever you put in an email to us. We use it to tell you when Fivep is ready. We don’t sell it, we don’t advertise with it and we don’t track you around the web. You can leave the list with one click.
Who we are. Fivep is run by Fivep Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [to add]). Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We decide how your data is used, so in legal terms we’re the “controller”. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Fivep Labs Ltd.
1. What we collect
Only what you give us, plus the bare minimum a website needs to work.
When you join the early-access list: your name and work email address, and the date you signed up.
When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
When you open our emails: MailerLite, our email service, records whether an email was delivered and opened, and which links were clicked. That tells us if our emails are landing, not what you do elsewhere.
When you visit the website: anonymous visit counts, such as how many people viewed a page and which site sent them. No cookies, no profile of you.
We don’t ask for sensitive data, such as health or financial details. Please don’t send it to us.
2. Why we use it
Every piece of data has one job. The law asks us to name the legal reason for each, so here they are.
What we do | Data we use | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
Tell you when Fivep is ready | Name, work email | Your consent, given when you sign up |
Check our emails reach you | Delivery, opens, clicks | Our legitimate interest in sending emails that work |
Reply to your emails | Name, email, your message | Our legitimate interest in answering you |
Keep the website running and safe | Anonymous visit counts | Our legitimate interest in a working website |
We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
3. Who helps us
We’re a small team, so a few trusted companies do some of the work for us. They act on our instructions only, under a data processing agreement, and can’t use your data for their own purposes.
Company | What it does for us | Based in |
|---|---|---|
Framer | Hosts our website and counts visits without cookies | Netherlands |
Make (Celonis) | Passes your sign-up from the website to our email list | Czech Republic; we use its EU data region |
MailerLite | Holds the early-access list and sends our emails | Lithuania; data stored in the EU |
Google Workspace | Runs our business email | Ireland (Google Ireland) |
We’ll update this list before we add anyone new. We don’t share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
4. Where your data lives
We keep your data in the UK and the European Union wherever we can. Our email list and sign-up flow are stored in the EU.
Some of the companies above are part of larger groups with offices or support teams outside the UK and EU, Google most of all. If your data ever leaves the UK or EU, we make sure it’s protected by approved safeguards. These are the UK and EU standard contracts for data transfers, or a country the UK or EU has approved as safe.
5. How long we keep it
No longer than we need it.
Early-access list: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after we send the launch nudge, whichever comes first.
Emails you send us: up to two years after our last conversation, unless they turn into a contract we have to keep for longer.
Sign-up records in Make: a short log of each sign-up, cleared within 30 days. It’s there so we can fix a sign-up that goes missing.
Website visit counts: anonymous, so there’s nothing to delete.
6. Cookies
Our website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you won’t see a cookie banner. Framer counts visits without cookies or anything that identifies you from one visit to the next.
If that ever changes, we’ll ask first and update this policy.
7. Your rights
It’s your data. Under UK and EU data protection law (the GDPR), you can ask us to:
show you what we hold about you and send you a copy
correct anything that’s wrong
delete it
stop or limit how we use it
hand it over in a format you can take elsewhere
You can also object to any use based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw your consent at any time.
The quickest way to leave the list: click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email. For anything else, email privacy@fivep.ai. We’ll reply within one month, and it won’t cost you anything.
8. What about the Fivep product?
Fivep isn’t live yet, so this policy covers the website and the early-access list only. We don’t process any call audio, transcripts or customer data today.
Before anyone uses Fivep on a real call, we’ll publish a separate privacy notice for the product. Customers will also get a data processing agreement that sets out exactly how call data is handled.
Fivep isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes, complaints and contact
Changes. When what we do with your data changes, this policy changes too, and the date at the top moves. If a change matters to you, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
Complaints. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, tell us first and we’ll put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority where you live or work in the EU.
